WooBundler adds tiered "buy more, save more" offers directly under your Add to Cart button — four visual styles, live discount math, and zero coding. This guide walks through every screen, setting, and feature.
Everything the plugin does, at a glance
One engine, six moving parts. Each is configured independently and works together automatically once a product qualifies.
Campaigns
Multi-tier bundles ("Buy 3, Save 20%") targeted by category, product type, and schedule.
Quick Offers
A faster, single-tier deal builder for simple "Buy 2 for $399" style promotions.
4 Templates
Classic, Modern Indigo, Combo Grid, and Duo Grid — each with its own saved color palette.
Analytics Studio
Track bundle revenue, order counts, and redemptions — export any range to CSV.
Cap & Schedule
"First 100 customers only" redemption caps, plus start-date scheduling for launches.
Webhooks
Push a live event to Slack, Zapier, Make, or your own server the moment a bundle sells.
REST API
Read-only, key-scoped endpoints for campaigns, quick offers, and analytics.
Build-Your-Own
Let shoppers pick any quantity within a min/max range instead of fixed tiers.
Launch your first bundle in 5 steps
No shortcode is required for most stores — the offer box inserts itself automatically under the price on eligible products.
Open WooBundler → Campaigns
From your WordPress sidebar, go to WooBundler. You'll land on the Campaigns tab, where every multi-tier offer lives.
Create a Campaign and set your tiers
Give it a name, then add tiers — e.g. Buy 1 / Buy 3 / Buy 5 — each with its own discount type (Percent, Fixed Amount Off, or Fixed Total Price) and an optional label like "Most Popular."
Target it — categories, product type, or all products
Choose specific product categories, or flip Apply to All Products to skip targeting entirely. Set the Product Scope to Simple, Variable, or Both.
Pick a template and set it Active
Choose Classic, Modern Indigo, Combo Grid, or Duo Grid under Settings, then flip the Campaign's status to Active. It renders instantly — no cache clear needed for most themes.
Visit a matching product page
Open any product in the targeted category. Your tiered offer box now appears directly beneath the price, replacing the default Add to Cart controls.
How a Campaign is put together
Every Campaign has three parts: the tiers a shopper chooses between, the targeting rules that decide which products show it, and optional limits on when and how often it can be used.
Targeting Rules
Scheduling & Limits
Build-Your-Own (optional)
Live Tier Preview
Four rendering engines, four moods
Set a different template for Campaigns vs. Quick Offers — each remembers its own color palette, so switching styles never loses your brand colors.
Classic
Clean bordered rows. Build-Your-Own box included. Best for a neutral, native WooCommerce feel.
Modern Indigo
Floating cards with savings ribbons. Best for promo-driven, high-contrast storefronts.
Combo Grid
A swatch-style grid built for apparel — mix sizes and colors inside one bundle tier.
$69.60
$98.60
Duo Grid
A minimal two-column layout for stores that just need one clear side-by-side choice.
For the "just one deal" promotion
Not every offer needs multiple tiers. Quick Offers is the fast path: one discount, one product scope, live in under a minute — perfect for flash sales and single-SKU promos. It uses the same targeting, scheduling, and redemption-cap options as Campaigns, just trimmed to a single tier.
See what's selling, export it, or pipe it elsewhere
Everything measurable in WooBundler can leave the dashboard — as a CSV, a live webhook, or a REST call.
Analytics Studio
Daily bundle order counts and revenue, filterable by date range. Works identically on classic and HPOS order storage.
CSV / JSON Export
Export selected recent purchases, a date-ranged report (summary, orders, or cancellations), or your Campaigns as JSON — from the Tools tab.
Webhooks
Fire a JSON payload to any URL when a bundle order completes or an offer's status changes — Slack, Zapier, Make, or your own endpoint.
REST API reference
Read-only endpoints under /wp-json/ebo/v1/. Generate a key in the Tools tab, then send it as a header on every request.
| Endpoint | Scope required | Returns |
|---|---|---|
GET /campaigns | campaigns | All saved Campaigns |
GET /quick-offers | quick_offers | All saved Quick Offers |
GET /analytics | analytics | Orders + revenue for last ?days= |
Settings tab, explained
Global switches that apply across every Campaign and Quick Offer, unless overridden per-offer.
| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Template Style | Classic / Modern Indigo / Combo Grid / Duo Grid — set separately for Campaigns and Quick Offers. |
| Show price on Add to Cart | Displays the bundle's total price directly on the Add to Cart button. |
| Enable Buy Now | Adds a second button that sends shoppers straight to checkout, skipping the cart page. |
| Round Off | Rounds the final bundle price to the nearest whole number after the discount is applied. |
| Font, Radius, Title/Price size | Typography and corner-radius controls applied across whichever template is active. |
| Per-template colors | Heading, price, ribbon, tag, and button colors — saved independently for each of the 4 templates, with a "copy colors" shortcut between them. |
Common questions
Nothing shows up on my product page — why?
Check three things in order: the Campaign/Quick Offer is set to Active, its category targeting actually includes this product (or "Apply to All Products" is on), and — if scheduling is enabled — its start date has passed.
Can a shopper edit the quantity of a bundle after adding it to the cart?
No — quantities inside a bundle are locked on the cart page by design, since changing just one item would break the tier's math. To change quantity, remove the bundle and add it again; removing any one item removes the whole bundle together.
What happens if I have both a Campaign and a Quick Offer that could match the same product?
Campaigns are checked first. If both are active on overlapping categories, you'll get an on-screen warning after saving so you can resolve which one should own that category.
Does the discount recalculate if I change the product's regular price later?
Yes, for percentage-based tiers — the discount is a percentage of the current live price, calculated fresh every time the offer renders and again when it's added to the cart.
Is this compatible with the new WooCommerce order storage (HPOS)?
Yes — every report, export, and analytics query automatically detects whether your store uses HPOS or legacy post-based orders and adjusts its queries accordingly.
