Terms and Conditions – Woobundler
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Woobundler (“Plugin”, “Woobundler”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any bundle, campaign, quantity discount, or quick-offer functionality provided through the Plugin.
By installing, configuring, accessing, or using Woobundler, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Plugin.
- About Woobundler
Woobundler is a WooCommerce extension designed to enable online stores to create and display product bundle offers, quantity-based discounts, campaigns, and promotional offers.
Depending on the configuration selected by the store administrator, Woobundler may provide:
- Product bundle offers
- Quantity-based discounts
- Campaign-based promotional pricing
- Quick offers
- Percentage discounts
- Fixed-amount discounts
- Fixed-total pricing
- Product and variation selection
- Scheduled campaigns
- Redemption limits
- Bundle pricing at checkout
- Bundle order and revenue information
- Promotional analytics
- Webhook integrations
- REST API functionality
- CSV exports and campaign backups
The exact features available may depend on the Plugin version, WooCommerce configuration, theme, hosting environment, and settings selected by the store administrator.
- Store Administrator Responsibility
Woobundler is a tool that allows store administrators to create and manage promotional offers.
The store administrator is solely responsible for:
- Creating campaigns and offers accurately.
- Selecting eligible products and categories.
- Setting discount values and pricing.
- Setting campaign start and end dates.
- Configuring quantity requirements.
- Setting redemption limits.
- Ensuring promotional prices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Providing accurate product information.
- Managing refunds, cancellations, taxes, shipping charges, and other store policies.
Woobundler does not independently guarantee that a promotional offer configured by a store administrator is commercially, legally, or financially appropriate.
- Promotional Offers
Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions configured by the store administrator.
An offer may require:
- A minimum quantity of products.
- A maximum quantity of products.
- Specific products or product categories.
- Specific product variations.
- A valid campaign period.
- A maximum number of redemptions.
- Other eligibility conditions configured within Woobundler.
Customers must satisfy all applicable conditions before an offer can be applied.
- Eligibility
Woobundler performs eligibility checks before applying promotional pricing.
Eligibility may depend on:
- Product eligibility.
- Category eligibility.
- Product variation eligibility.
- Campaign status.
- Campaign schedule.
- Quantity requirements.
- Redemption limits.
- Other configured campaign conditions.
The availability of an offer shown on a product page does not necessarily guarantee that the promotional price will remain available until checkout.
- Pricing and Discounts
Woobundler may support different pricing methods, including:
Percentage Discount
A percentage may be deducted from the applicable product price according to the campaign configuration.
Fixed Amount Discount
A fixed amount may be deducted from the applicable product price according to the campaign configuration.
Fixed Total Price
A bundle or qualifying group of products may be assigned a configured total price.
The final price is calculated by the Plugin on the server during the add-to-cart and checkout process.
The promotional price displayed on the website may therefore differ if the campaign becomes invalid, expires, reaches its redemption limit, or otherwise fails eligibility validation before checkout.
- Final Price Validation
The price displayed to a customer before checkout is not necessarily a final guarantee of promotional eligibility.
Woobundler performs server-side validation when an offer is added to the cart and may perform additional validation during checkout.
The system may recalculate the promotional price based on the current campaign configuration and eligibility conditions.
If an offer is no longer valid, the promotional pricing may not be applied.
- Campaign Expiry
Campaigns may have configured start and end dates.
A promotional offer may become unavailable when:
- The campaign has not started.
- The campaign has expired.
- The campaign has been disabled.
- The product is no longer eligible.
- The configured redemption limit has been reached.
- Other campaign conditions are no longer satisfied.
Customers are responsible for completing their purchase while the applicable offer remains valid.
- Redemption Limits
Store administrators may configure a maximum number of redemptions for a campaign or offer.
Once the applicable redemption limit is reached, the offer may no longer be available to customers.
Woobundler may maintain redemption information for promotional campaigns and use that information to determine whether additional redemptions are permitted.
Because online transactions can occur concurrently, the exact timing of redemption availability may depend on transaction processing and the store’s hosting/database environment.
- Product Variations
Where supported, Woobundler may allow customers to select variations of variable WooCommerce products.
Examples include:
- Size
- Color
- Model
- Other WooCommerce variation attributes
A variation must be valid and available in accordance with the underlying WooCommerce product configuration.
Woobundler does not guarantee the availability of a particular product variation.
- Bundle Cart Items
Products added through a Woobundler offer may be associated with a unique bundle identifier so that the products can be recognized as belonging to the same promotional bundle.
Depending on the configured functionality, removing or modifying one component of a bundle may affect the other products belonging to that bundle.
Customers may not be permitted to independently modify quantities or promotional pricing associated with a bundle where such changes would invalidate the configured offer.
- Cart and Checkout Validation
Woobundler may validate promotional bundles during:
- Add to cart.
- Cart updates.
- Checkout.
- Order processing.
The Plugin may reject or invalidate a bundle if the customer attempts to manipulate:
- Product quantities.
- Promotional prices.
- Bundle information.
- Campaign information.
- Other bundle-related data.
The final order is subject to WooCommerce and the store’s own checkout rules.
- Unauthorized Modification or Abuse
Customers must not attempt to manipulate or bypass promotional pricing through technical or other means.
Prohibited activities may include:
- Manipulating product quantities to obtain unauthorized discounts.
- Altering promotional prices through browser tools or requests.
- Modifying bundle identifiers.
- Bypassing campaign eligibility.
- Circumventing redemption limits.
- Sending unauthorized requests to Plugin endpoints.
- Attempting to exploit errors or vulnerabilities in the Plugin.
- Using automated requests to abuse promotional functionality.
- Attempting to obtain a promotional price after an offer has expired.
If unauthorized activity is detected, the store administrator may cancel or refuse an affected transaction in accordance with the store’s policies and applicable law.
- AJAX and API Requests
Woobundler may use AJAX requests and REST API endpoints to process certain Plugin operations.
Requests may be protected using security mechanisms such as:
- Nonces.
- API keys.
- Permission checks.
- Eligibility validation.
- Rate limiting.
- Server-side validation.
Access to administrative or API functionality may be restricted to authorized users.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Plugin APIs, administrative functionality, or protected data.
- Webhooks and Third-Party Integrations
Woobundler may support webhook functionality for sending selected order or bundle-related events to external systems.
When third-party integrations are enabled:
- Data may be transmitted to the configured third-party service.
- The store administrator is responsible for configuring the destination correctly.
- Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
- Woobundler is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or policies of external services.
- Analytics and Reporting
Woobundler may provide analytics and reporting related to promotional campaigns and bundle activity.
Depending on configuration, information may include:
- Bundle orders.
- Bundle revenue.
- Average order value.
- Products moved through bundles.
- Recent orders.
- Campaign performance.
- Redemption information.
Analytics are provided for informational and operational purposes and may depend on the accuracy and availability of underlying WooCommerce order data.
- CSV Export and Data
Woobundler may provide CSV export functionality for certain campaign or analytics information.
The store administrator is responsible for:
- Protecting exported files.
- Restricting access to authorized personnel.
- Storing exported information securely.
- Complying with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Exported files should not be publicly shared where they contain confidential or customer-related information.
- Campaign Backup and Import
Woobundler may provide functionality for exporting, backing up, or importing campaign configuration data.
Imported configuration may affect existing campaign settings.
Users should verify imported campaign information before making campaigns publicly available.
The store administrator is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their website and WooCommerce data.
- Taxes, Shipping and Additional Charges
Woobundler primarily manages promotional and bundle pricing.
Taxes, shipping charges, payment processing fees, and other charges may be calculated by WooCommerce, payment gateways, shipping providers, or other installed extensions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Woobundler does not determine the store’s tax, shipping, or payment policies.
- Orders, Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Woobundler does not independently process or guarantee payment transactions.
Orders and payments are processed through WooCommerce and the payment methods configured by the store.
Refunds, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and order disputes are governed by the store’s applicable policies.
Where an order containing a promotional bundle is refunded or cancelled, the treatment of the promotional discount and redemption may depend on the store’s configuration and policies.
- Availability of the Plugin
We aim to keep Woobundler functional and compatible with supported versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.
However, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Functionality may be affected by:
